TROUBLE IN PALESTINE RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION ' "Times" Cables. (Eeceived 20th October, noon.) JEBUSALEM, 19th October. An order forbidding lights at the Friday night services has intensified the indignation at tho official treatment of Jewish worshippers at the "Wailing Wall," of which there have been many complaints lately. The Grand Rabbinate has proclaimed a public fast for 22nd October as a token of the imminent peril to Jewish religious life. The local Kabbalists are intensely meditating tho Psalm bijinning, "He then entered on thine inheritance." The Arab Press urges resistance to the Jewish claims.
