CANDIDATES' MEETINGS
Mr. Martin Luckie, Reform, candidate for Wellington South, will open his campaign at the Masonic Hall, Island Bay, at 8 o'clock to-night. Mr. J. O. Shorland will preside. To-night at 8, Mr. R. M'Keen, Labour candidate for Wellington South, will address an open-air meeting at the corner of Wallace and Howard streets (old tram terminus). Mr. T. Brindle, Labour candidate for Suburbs, will address his friends and supporters in the Baptist Church, Mornington, to-night at 8 o'clock. On Wednesday (to-morrow) evening at 8, Mr. E. M'Keen, Labour candidate for Wellington South, will meet his friends and supporters in the Park Tearooms (opposite the Zoo gates). In the Methodist Hall, Kaiwarra, Mr. T. Brindle, Labour candidate for Suburbs, will meet his friends and supporters on AVednesday (to-morrow) evening, at 8. . Mr. C. H. Chapman, Labour candidate for Wellington North, will be pleased to meet friends and supporters in St. Paul's Schoolroom, Sydney street, on AVednesday (to-morrow) evening, at S. Mr. E. Semple, Labour candidate for Wellington East, invites friends and supporters to meet him in the Boseneath Schoolroom on AVednesday (tomorrow) evening, at S. Mr. T. Brindle, Labour Candidate for Wellington Suburbs, will address his friends and supporters on Thursday evening next at S in St. Michael's Schoolroom, Kelburn. Mr. AY. Nash will also speak. i Mr. E. M'Keen, Labour candidate for Wellington South, will address friends and supporters on Thursday evening at 8, in the Masonic Hall, Berhampore. On Thursday afternoon, at 2.30, Mr. and Mrs. R. Semplo will be pleased to meet women supporters of the Labour Party in the Taia Hall, Kilbirnie.
