BROOKLYN SCHOOL.
♦ At a recent executive meeting' of the recently-formed Brooklyn Home and School Association, a comprehensive programme for future action was outlined and discussed. The members of, the executive are conscious of the^ valuable assistance which the association is capable of-rendering to the school committee in particular and to the district in general, Iniore especially in view of the insistent local demand for a new school. Various projects'for raising funds for the improvement of the school and grounds were thoroughly gone into, and the necessary preliminary instructions were issued to the secretary, Mr. F. D. O'Halloran. Another meeting is to be held on 6th November, when it is confidently expected that considerable process will be reported in a number of directions.
