PRISONERS SENTENCED
Prisoners were sentenced by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court today. William Patrick Lear)', for assault causing actual bodily harm, was ordered to be detained in the Bostal Institute for three years. Patrick Ernest Furlong Collin was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment for indecent assault on a male and committing an indecent act with intent to insult or offend. Thomas Christian Jensen, for a. breach of his probationary license, was sentonced to reformative detention for a period not exceeding two years. His Honour remarked that the prisoner could not flout the clemency of the Court extended in the first case.
