WAIRARAPA POWER BOARD

(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post,") CAETEETON, 12th September. The monthly meeting of the Wairarapa Power Board was held at Cartertou yesterday, Mr. J. W. Kershaw (chairman) presiding. The secretary reported a sat ,- factory increase in the revenue for August 1028 as compared with August last year, the gross revenue being increased by. £519 10s 7d and the net revenue by h&i 4s Bd. The total net incronse iroin ordinary consumers for the year ending disi March, 1928, was £4561 16s 6d. The average recorded peak load has increased during the month by about 50 k.v.a. to 1173 kva, with oue exceptional peak on 21st August of 1300 k.v.a.
