BROKEN BYLAWS
♦ Offenders against the by-laws were dealt with in the Magistrate's Court yesterday by Messrs. H. W. Lloyd and S. M. Stone, J.l\'s. On charges of speeding, Frederick King, Cecil John Bryant, Frank Ferretti, and Alfred Martin were each fined £1; and James Douglas Barry Martin £2. Leonard jforman Matthews was fined £1 for driving in a manner dangerous to the public; and for negligent driving Gibson Scott was fined 10s. j For not having his vehicle properly lighted, George Henry Denton was fined 10s, and for leaving his ear unattended Frederick Lightfoot Walker was fined a similar amount. Molly Ellen Brice was fined 10s for failing to keep to the left.
