RECONCILING THE TWO PROPOSAL DEFERRED Australian Press Association—United Service. (Received 12th September, 10 a.m.) - GENEVA, 11th September. Tho Agenda Commission deferred to tho next Assembly N. Valdemaras's motion in favour of modifying the Covenant of the League in the light of the Kellogg Pact changes. Tho Commission held the opinion that such an important question involved not only deep examination, but indivdual Government instructions.
