Tho, "Sydney Sun" sporting writer declares that M'Carten's disqualification smacks of panic and injustice. He then proceeds to twit tho A.J.G. stewards with laxity in other directions, and adds that the most that could bo charged against M'Carten was that, while passing the field, he momentarily slackened the reins, whereupon Limerick promptly made for the rails.
