OUT OF ORDER
«. ■ On Friday, last, Mr. W. J. Jordan (Manukau) gave, notice in the House of Representatives of his intention to ask that the balance-sheet of the New Zealand Broadcasting Co. should be laid upon the table of the House. The point raised by Mr. Jordan has now been ruled out of order on the ground that the company is a private one.
Doherty Auctioneering Co. will sell on Wednesday, 11th July, the plant, furnishings,, and stock of Regent Ltd., 12 and 14, Manners street, at 10.30 a.m. Ramsey Wilson and Co. will sell household furniture and, a sewing machine. at 1.30 p.m. to-morrow at 91, Brougham street. C. W. Price will sell the contents of a cafe to-morrow, at 1.30 p.m., at 77, Vivian street.
