SURPLUS AND REDUCTION, OF \i DEBT Australian Presi Association. -• WASHINGTON, 28th June. Mr.-A. W. Mellon, Secretary of the Treasury, indicated that the Treasury surplus for the fiscal year ending 30th June would be about as estimated, or 405 million dollars, .with the possibility that the excess of receipts over expenditure might go a little beyond that amount. The debt reduction for the year will approximate 1000 million dollars.. ■ _
