SEQUEL TO LITIGATION A motion for judgment in terms of the registrar's ■-report in the case of Frank Brooinfield and others against Edward Nicol Sutherland and others, trustees of Jtfeid's Colom- Milm Process Trust, came before Mr. Justice Sim at the Supreme Court to-day. . The defendants asked that the report be referred back to the registrar to take evidence with regard to the commission on the ground that the registrar misdirected himself. The registrar referred to the Court the question. as to whether two amounts, £505 and £215, being amounts received by Reid, were accountable for by tlia trustees. Mi1. W. Perry appeared for the plaintiffs, Mr. C. A. L. Treadwell for Sutherland, and Mr. E. P. Hay for the other defendants. Decision was reserved. „
