Tho motor-ship Minnipa, of the Alder laide Steamship Company's fleet, struck a rock off Port Lincoln in a heavy fog. The vessel went aground. The 160 passengers were safely, transhipped, and the Minnipa will pi'obably float off without the services of a tug.
