DECREE NISI GRANTED
-♦ . — In a reserved judgment given' in the Supreme Court to-day,' Mr. Justice Smith' dismisesd the petition for divorce of Carnegie Ernest Roulston against Lily Jtoulston, on the ground of desertion, and granted a decree nisi on the respondent's cross-petition, based on a similar ground. The custody of the two children of marriage was, left with the petitioner. Costs on the lower scale were awarded to the respondent. Mb. K. W; Ongley appeared for petitioner and Mr. A. B. Sievwright for" the respondent.
