PETITION AND CKQSSPETITION ' A petition for divorce, on the ground of desertion, was made by Ernest Carnegie Eoulston, of AVellington, against Lily Eoulston, also of AVelliugton, in the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Smith. The respondent, crosspetitioned on a similar ground. Both petitioner and respondent asked for an order for the custody of the two children of the-marriage. Mr. F. AY. Ongley appeared for the petitioner and Mr. A. B. Sievwright for the respondent. The case is proceeding. A decrco nisi, on the ground of desertion, was granted iy Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court to-day on the undefended divorce petition of Violet May Marker, against George Raymond Marker. Mr. AY. Perry appeared for tho petitioner. -
