SHORTT'S THEATRE.
■'Simple .Sis," with -Louise l'azenda and Clyilu Cook, in the leading roles. Is one of the' feature dims at Khortt's 'Theatre. This is the story of a girl who wanted, liut couldn't "get" a man. The piirt of ".Simple Kis" is perfectly suited to Miss Fazenda's unique genius. It Is the first romantic role slie has had for many moons, but the love interest docs not, for a moment, slacken the pace of the rollicking comedy. The piece has many real thrills, too. one of the high lights brim,' the scene at the tenement (Ire in wliicli .Sis heroically rescues little Buddy. a foundling she has been mothering. ".Starlight tliu Untamed" is the second feature, starring Jack J'errin. It deals with tiic adventures of a young Kentiickian who, finding that the death of Ills father has left him with only a smalt capital, begins life anew, in the great open spaces west of the TtocUles. Here it is that he discovers ii magnificent white stallion, which from a distance he learns to love, and calls, because of his white beauty, "Starlight." There are good suppoits.
