The Federal Territories Department has received a copy of a resolution from the London Missionary Society, congratulating the Papuan Government upon the successful exploratory expedi-' tibn across the heart of this great island and the discovery by two of its officers, C. Karius and I. Champion, of the sources of the Fly and Sepik' Kivers. This achievement is regarded as the greatest in Papuan history. v
