CLINIC FOR CRIMINALS ! STUDY BEFORE SENTENCE SPECIALISTS TO SERVE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Australian Press Association. (Received 25th May, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, 24th May. The Court of Genoral Sessions, which is tho oldest and largest crimiral Court in North America, • has decided to adopt tho services of psychologists and psychiatrists to aid in dealing with criminals. The nine Judges, comprising the Court, asked for. 8900 dollars under the law, recently passed by the Legislature and effective in July, for the purpose of maintaining a clinic where criminals will be studied before being sentenced. The proposed clinic is in lino with tho recommendation of Governor Smith.
