In the Supreme Court yesterday, Percy James Pettit sought a dissolution of his marriage with Anna'Ottelia Paulino Carolina JTranziska Pettit on the grounds of mutual separation. Petitioner said they were married -on Btl> January, 1914. He was an engineer, living in London, and travelled oh the' Continent. There he met his wife; who was a German woman. He> came back on leave from the war in 1915 and found she had taken a dislike to the English, nation because of the war. He returned again on leave in 1916.and found her antagonistic to him, the reason given being that she had had two brothers killed in the wjar. They agreed to separate, and he came to New Zealand in 1922. His Honour reserved judgment in' order to consider the question, of law in respect of domicile.
