| MR. J. G. COBBE RE-ELECTED CHAIRMAN The annual meeting of the Wellington Harbour Board was held last evening, when Mr. J. G. Cobbe was re-elect-ed chairman for tho ensuing twelve months. In' moving tho re-election of Mr. Cobbe, Mr. G... Mitchell paid, a tribute to the able manner in which Mr. Cobbe had carried out his duties as chairman during the past twelve months. Ho said that Mr. Cobbe had been fair at all times, and had been most attentive to the affairs of tho board. The motion was seconded by Captain C. F. Post. . Captain C. M'Arthur nnd Messrs.. T.
