DIVORCE CASES
A decroe nisi, on the ground of failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights, was granted by Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supremo Court yesterday on the undefended divorce petition of Alfred Olaf Stevens against Charlotte, Stevens. Mr. L. H. Herd appeared for the petitioner. In the Supreme Court' on Friday, beforo 'Mr. Justice Smith, a decree nisi was made in tho divorco petition of* Elizabeth Isabella Weston against, Samuel Charlton Weston, on the ground of adultery.
