England, Kastbournq, fov it will see the fructification of years of patient elTort when the first portion of the new Parish Hall is opened by the Yon. Archdeacon A. M. Johnson, JNI.A. Ample lighting ai~ ventilation iti obtained through windows placed low down in the side walls, and "artificial- lighting is supplied by electricity. It is intended, when funds permit, to complete the hall by the erection of a suitable stage, dressing rooms, and kitchen.
