LONDON, 9th October. The Sofia correspondent of "The Times" says that the Jugo-Slavian Note to Bulgaria calling attention to the recent outrages declared .that participants were revolutionaries entering Macedonia from Bulgaria. It demanded the suppression of the organisation and insisted on a prompt reply. Bulgaria replied immediately, agreeing to the demands, and proclaimed martial law in Petritch Dyouniaya.
