JUDGMENT RESERVED.
Judgment was reserved hy Mr. Justice Ostler in tho Supreme Court today in the action for specific performance regarding the sale of a farm at Ircntham. Tho plaintiffs were Arthur Woods Mahood, daughtsman, and Malcolm Arthur Mahood, farmer, both of Trcntham, and the defendant was Kenneth Sylvanus Geange, farmer, of Trentham.
Mr. S. A. "Wiren appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. O. C. Mazengarb with him Mr. F. C. Spratt, for the defendant. •
