WELCOMED IN RUSSIA

LONDON, 15th September. The Eiga correspondent of "The Times says that eighteen participants in tho Vienna insurrection in July have arrived in Leningrad. The authorities warmly welcomed them, and arranged a special meeting, at which the visitors ailated on the cruelty of the Austrian police, and tho treachery of tho Socialist leaders. A speaker, Pankratz, declared: "We have come to Russia, not only to heal our wounds, but to study tho best methods of revolution for overthrowing the bourgeoisie."
