The company's head office is in Melbourne, but it has branches in New Zealand. Its business consists in 1' importing or manufacturing a variety of goods and disposing of them either direct to the public by means of its own sales organisation, or to retail houses. It manufactures radio'sets in Sydney., The new capital, the directors state, is required to cope with expanding business.
