QUEENSLAND'S EFFORTS
(United Press Association.—Copyright.). VANCOUVER (8.C.), 26th July. The Premier of Queensland, Mr. M'Cormuek, has arrived hero, and sails iv the Aorangi on Thursday. Ho said that he had successfully arranged largo loans for Queensland. Ho believes that all Australian borrowing in future will bo done on the loan commission plan, as competition is eliminated and better terms aro obtainable. '
