SATISFACTION AT GENEVA

GENEVA, 26th July. -The news that Mr. Bridgenian and Lord Cecil, the British delegates, are returning on "Wednesday was received with satisfaction in Japanese and American circles, where there has been the greatest uneasiness over tho prolonged absence of the British Delegation in London.
