SYNOPSIS OF LAST 24 HOURS.
A cyclone is still centred to the westward of the North Island, and weather conditions
in the Dominion have continued unsettled, with rain generally. Strong northerly to westerly winds have prevailed northward of Kawhla and East Cape, and north-easterlies to south-east-erlies elsewhere.
