FIRE IN HOUSE
(By Telostnph.—l'ress Association.) MASTERTON, 25th July. A fire, started apparently through a defective chimney, partially destroyed an eight-roomed wooden house, owned by the estate of Mrs. W. Sellar and occupied by Mr. Samuel Mlnlou. Tho outbreak was observed soon after tho (ire was lighted this morning in tho ':itchcu range, and had totally dostroy- ■•' two rooms before it was ext.inguish- !. The house was insured for £000 .nd the contents for £200.
