Although a profit was made on the tramways, there was a heavy loss on tho buses. The proposals include the cancellation of all concessions, except workers' weekly tickets, (estimated to produce £00,000), the running of" short penny sections during the . day, and the working of buses as feeders only, except at peak hours.
