DTJNEDIN, This Day. Within a few weeks the construction will commence of the theatre for pictures and vaudeville on a site at the Octagon purchased for £35,000. The theatre will accommodate about 1700. The company, which includes a J. C. Williamson subscription of £22,000, and a syndicate of £24,000, will spend between £40,000 and £50,000 ou the theatre, which will be on lines p£ the De huse, Sellington, _1~
