BERLIN, 12th June. The Agent-General for Reparations reports that tho execution of the Dawes Plan is progressing normally. The German Budget statement lacks clearness, necessitating an exhaustive study of expenditure and.it shows a constant tendency to exceed revenue, necessitating borrowing, but Budget stability is not impaired. Despite heavy unemployment and excess of imports over exports savings are growing.
