(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Ist June/ Mr. Justice Frazer had an adventurtf on the Wahine on the voyage iron* "Wellington on. Tuesday. A steward in attempting to restrain a passenger, whom he suspected of de« signs to plunge overboard, was being sadly worsted in a strnggle. Judge Frazer, from his cabin, had heard sounds of a struggle, and when he hepjd a cry "Murder! Murderl" he rushed to the scene, arriving just in time to save the steward from serious injury. The Judge pulled the steward's assailant away, but the man still fought furiously. Persuasion failed to pacify him, and eventually the Judge agreed with the steward that sterner measures were necessary.
