LABOUR LUNCHEON

TO EXPELLED RUSSIANS

"GATHERING OF FKIENDS"

(United Press Association.—Copyright.)

(^Received 30th May, 10 a.m.)

LONDON, 29th May. Consultations are progressing between the Foreign Office, the Home Office, and the police regarding the final list of Russians to be expelled. Much attention has been devoted to the luncheon given at the House of Commons to M. Rosengoltz and M. Khinchuk by Labour members of Parliament within an hour of the delivery of the notice to quit. Ten Labour ComV moners were present. Mr. G. Lansbury, in a statement, said that the function was simply a gathering of friends who had been parted through the stupidity of the Government. He added that it was well known that the Tory Siehards had entertained White Russians at the House of Commons. .';■■•
