Conferences took place yesterday between officials of the Foreign Office, the Home Office, and the special branch of the police regarding the drawing up of a list of Bnsslan employees of Arcos who are to be allowed to remain in this country. Thirty-live Soviet officials have already made preparations for departure, and will leave London next Tuesday in the Soviet ship Youshar, which is berthed at Limehouse, and guarded by police. Already many packing-cases from Soviet House have been stowed aboard.
