THEN INTO GAOL

.NAPIER, This Day. _ After spending three months in Napier Hospital as the result of injuries received when a car ho had appropriated capsized, Robert John May was arrested and charged with the offence at the Police Court to'-day. The Magistrate said that he would take into consideration tho fact that accused had been in hospital so long and inflicted a sentence of ono month’s hard labour. Another man,who was witli the accused at the time has so far avoided arrest.
