The beautiful and reverent atmosphere of St. Paul's was largely due to the presence at the organ, of Mr. Robert Parker— (upplausc)-and he expressed the hope that Mr. Parker would bo lone spared to fill his office at St.haul's. Ho thanked the wardens and members of the vestry for their kindness through the year. Also, the trustees of church properties, particularly Mr. Cachemaille for the great care he has given to all matters connected with church properties, and his assistant, the Kov. Mr. Bianehi. The Archdnucon* also made reference to the new Prayer Book, and said that the issue of this now book would make 1027 a redletter day in the history of the Church. I.he vicar announced that he had again appointed Mr. H. D. Bennett as his warden, and Mr. U. Shirteliffo moved that Mr. C!urtin he re-appointed as people's warden. He spoke of the splendid w.ork Air. Curtis had done for the parish year alter year. Mr. Parker seconded the proposal, and recalled the day when Mr. Curtis was a choir boy. There being no other nomination, Mr. CuiUr'n was carried by acclamation. The following were appointed as vestrymen and odice-benrers:—Vicar's warden, Mr. H. D. Bennett; people's warden, Mr. A. .T. Curtis; Colonel Campbell, Messrs. Cachmaille, W. Dunningham, G. Shirtdifie, K. ]?. Coßlilan, C. K. Richardson, C. ■ Turner, W. V. Ward, Fraser M'lveuzie, and Eveson. The Arehpdaeon moved a vote of thanks to the retiring auditors. Messrs. Allen and Sulton, and moved their re-election, which was carried.
