WAIEOA, This Day. The death occurred in hospital yes terday of George Thompson, a canvasser, from injuries he received on the previous day aa a of a car going over a bank at Tangitere. The deceased leaves a widow and a young family residing in Masterton. An inquest will be held. 3. lecture entitled ■ "Hands Off ChinaWhy and When," will be delivered in the Trades Hall, Vivian street, on Sunday night, at 8 o'clock, under the auspices o£ the Wellington Communist group,- C.P.N.Z.
