„„ , r , LONDON, 4th May. Hie Marylcbone Cricket Club's annual meeting at Lord's -was chiefly occupied with formal business. The meeting passed unanimously the smaller ball alteration resolution. The meeting also passed a motion legalising both sizes oE balls during the coming season, first-class matches having preference in securing the smaller. Lord Leconfield was elected president.
