WHAT WILL CHURCHILL DO?

Budget speculations have been renewed by a report that Mr. Churchill is restricting clearances of tobacco from bond, as well as Continental wines.
It is believed Hie Chancellor is seeking to increase the tobacco" duties, without involving tho consumer. This would in both cases favour Empire brands.
