HEAVY TRAFFIC MOTOR-LORRIES (Carriage of Passengers Only), 20 passengers and under, £1 10s per passenger per annum. Over 20 and under 30 passengers, £2 per passenger per annum. Over 30 passengers, £2 10s per passenger to a maximum of £75 per annum, cha^v? "^ °l a Passenger vehicle is charged in the fees as a passenger. All taxis plying for hirse that (with the tare weight and number of passengers which the vehicle, is licensed to cany) exceed two tons come under the above scale of charges. Heavy Traffic Fees payable on Motorlorries and Horse-drawn Vehicles affects all owners of such vehicles in the area comprised of Wellington City, Boroughs of Petone, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Eastbourne, Johnsonville Town Board, Hutt and Makara Counties, and the Hutt Road i'ees apply in the game area. _Renewal of Motor Drivers' Licenses and Hutt Road Fees will be received in the Concert Chamber, Town Hall, and other fees above referred to, are to be paid to the Traffic Inspector's Office Cuba street, City.
