WANGANUI GARRISON BAND.
To-morrow evening the Wanganui Garrison Band will give another recital in the De.Luxe Theatre at 8.15. Some of the finest selections from the band's exten-. sive repertoire will, be included in the programme. In addition, a trombone solo, ' with band accompaniment, will be given' by Bandsman C. Brown, winner of the gold trombone and championship at the last contest. Bandsman J. Robertson, the brilliant young cornetist champion of \ictoria and New Zealand; will give a cor- . net solo, "The Besses o' th' Barn," and' Will play the presentation: cornet won by him last Thursday at the Wellingtons^ test, when he was awarded the championship of New Zealand.
