.The talented members of the popular Humphrey Bishop Co. are being enthusiastically received •at the Grand Opera House each evening, their entertainment comprising a variety of items with which it would be difficult to find fault. Poremost among the laughter-makers is Scratcher" Ross, whose highly amusing sketch on the welcome given to a theatrical company in South America must be heard to be appreciated: Soprano solos are the forte of Thelma Tro'tt, and Walter Kingsley reveals a fine baritone in the ballad, "Lolita." Fred^ Webber and Dorothy Ryder are favourites with their clever musical sketches, while Charles Albert as Mrs. "B," the irrepressible dame, has the house in roars of laughter. The dancers of the company are Elaine Maye'and Mark Leslie, who present several specialities. i.p-mght is the last presentation- of the current programme. A new bill will commence on Monday evening. ."■'
