PAREMATA BOATING CLUB.
The Paremata Boating Club held a series of races during the week-end. 'J.'iie motor-boats raced for points for t!ie •Hiinsford Foundation Cup and Mr. Wightman's trophy, in which six boats started. Pycroft and M'Cabe's Betsy, scratch, first; Clark and Morton's Trixie, 7mins, .second; Stirling's Cooec, 13mins, third; B. O'Connor's Titania, SVimins, fourth; Jay's Tangaroa, 17mins, sixth. Second-class sailing boats sailed for points for the Moorehouse Cup and club trophy. Hargrave's Pukenui, 6mins, first; Smith's Araliiwi, scratch, second; and Tutschka's Blue Bird, 4mins, third. Races will be held, as usual next week-end.
