MARLBOROUGH VISIT
Seven rinks of players representing the Marlborough Bowling Centre- will arrive by the Tamahine to-morrow evefting, and -will play a series of games in Wellington.: The first game will be played on the.Wellington green at 9.15 a.m. on Friday, against three rinks from Wellington Club, and one each from Hataitai, Lyall Bay, Seatoun, and Island Bay* In the afternoon a match has been arranged to take place on the Victoria Green, when the local team will include three rinks from Victoria, one from Thpriidon, and three composite rinks of pl&yers'who'several seasous ago visited Marlborough. Saturday morning will be free, and in the afternoon, at the visitors'request, they will play a seven-rink match against Newtown. During the • week-end- they will divide between the Seatoun, Bastbourne, and Central Greens, and return home on Monday. .'.;.;■'
