THE WEATHER
STILL WARM AND HUMID
There apparently is no immediate prospect of the rain the country needs. Fair and warm weather has continued generally, it has been cloudy and overcast at times, and a scattered rainfall is'reported l^ southern districts, but little change has taken place in the atmospheric pressure, and the forecast is still for warm and humid conditions, and for unsettled weather with the skies cloudy at times. Ihe barometer is unsteady, and has what is regarded as a falling tendency. Northerly breezes are likely to back by west to south. '■.-.■
