THE WEATHER OUTLOOK

The barometer has risen slightly since yesterday, and warm, fair, and hazy weather has predominated generally, with variable winds, said the Dominion Meteorologist (Mr. D. C. Bates) to-day: "Locally, we are in a state of suspense, between two disturbances. One has passed to the eastward, and there, is another of small intensity to the westward, the barometer being unsteady. The winds are likely to be variable and strong in parts, and the weather warm and sultry, and cloudy and overcast at times."
