KING'S THEATRE.
An alluring story of the South Seas, "Aloma of the South Seas," is now at the King's Theatre. Gilda Gray is the star, and in the cast are such well-known players as Percy Marmont, Warner Baxter, .and Julanne Johnstone. Gilda Gray is one of the most famous exponents of dancing in the United States. There is beautiful tropical scenery, and the acting is fine. Aloma -is loved by the pearl diver, Nuitane. Bob Holden, a dissolute young man, goes to the South Seas to forget his having been jilted by Sylvia, his society sweetheart. Bob starts on the downward path, until Aloma, who is very much attracted to him, show's him the right way to go. Then—Sylvia appears on the scene. An extensive supporting programme is coupled with popular incidental music as a further attraction. W. Haydock, leading .violin, contributes an exceptional solo,"S6uvenir," as -an; entf'ac'te.'Tr^ -
