AN ACQUITTAL.
The retrial of Thomas .o'Hara, who was charged with attempting to break and enter a warehouse on tho Hutt road with intent to commit theft, was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, when the jury found tho accused not guilty. At the previous trial the jury failed to agree. The Chief Justice, Sir Charles Skerrett, was on the Bench. Mr. P. S. K. Macassey prosecuted, and the accused was represented by Mr. TV. E. Leicester. ~
