DUNEDIN, ■ 7th February. At the Supreme Court John Jackson Corbett, for attempted rape, was sentenced to three years' hard labour; William Alfred Eobert. Fussell, for theft of a letter, to three years' hard labour; and John M. Dowall, for breaking and entering and theft to reformative detention for one year.
